Week 4 / 5 - Keep pushing



Well the last two weeks have been pretty ugly.  I have been fighting an ear infection that has basically taken me out of commission.  Over the last two weeks, I have only worked out twice :(  My eating habits have been less than desirable, and I have not tracked a single day.  Needless to say, I am not doing so well.  The lesson from these two weeks is I have to stay strong, remember that everyone faces challenges, and continue to push through them and keep going.
  • Weekly Wins - Unfortunately, there was not much the last two weeks that I am proud of :(    
  • Weekly challenges - I did not work out the amount I should have and ate too much " bad" stuff and did not track a single day.  I feel like these last two weeks SERIOUSLY set me back.  
  • Next weeks goals - Get back to the gym!!!  Get back on track with food.   
Any weight loss this week? Yes! I lost .2 pound!  Woo hoo!!!
