Week 1 - "Here's to New Beginnings"

Today marks the beginning of a long 6-month journey, but I am SO ready!
 
OK.  So I am starting this blog to document the next 6 months because I've decided to dedicate it to really getting back into shape.  I am starting boxing again tomorrow and I've started doing Weight Watchers also.  I was very successful with these things last year, but unfortunately I have gained nearly all the weight back :(  This upsets me and makes me feel very disgusted with myself for throwing away all the good things I had accomplished.  Enough is enough!  It is time for a change!

  • Weekly Wins - Learning to shop smarter. Making a grocery list and a mean plan for the week is helping to eat healthier.
  • Weekly Challenges - Recording food during the weekend. I feel like during the week I am very disciplined with eating healthy and tracking, but the weekend is a different story.
  • Next Weeks Goals - Move more!  Track better!


  • I want to have a record of my progress so each month I am going to post a new picture and my monthly measurements.  My hope is at the end of the 6-months I will be able to look back and really see and feel a difference.
