Week 2 - No Pain, No Gain!


The word for this week is definitely PAIN!  I went boxing Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.  My body is slowly getting used to working out again but it sure is tough.  I am having some severe pain in my knees that I am hoping will get better as I workout more.  I started taking some vitamins for joint pain today - so hopefully that'll help too.

I was much better with food this week.  I tracked most days! This weekend was a challenge with food because I had a couple birthday parties yesterday and there was a LOT of cake :(  But things done in moderation are ok, right??

  • Weekly Wins - Sticking to the budget!  Eating the groceries I buy and not wasting money on out to eat food.  Working out 4 days & starting to feel better about my workouts.
  • Weekly challenges - My knee pain is having an impact on my workouts.  I am worried that I won't be able to go as hard core as I want because of the pain.  Just need to be cautious not to hurt myself and learn to recognize the "good" pain from the "bad" pain.
  • Next weeks goals - Work out at least 3 days.  Continue to eat healthier and track. Keep the momentum going!!!

Any weight loss this week?  Yes! I am down 1.6 pounds!!!  Woo hoo!!!
