The phrase this week is "Don't Give Up" . Even if I have a bad day with food, the best solution to that problem is to recognize it, and do better the next day. Keep on keeping on!!! A trainer at the gym said something that stuck with me this weekend, "Keep your eyes looking forward, don't focus on where you are, but rather where you want to be". I thought that was very powerful, especially for my current journey. I need to keep my eye on the prize, and the prize is getting in shape, feeling better about myself and improving my overall health.

Weekly challenges - Eating for me this week was a big challenge! I did GREAT the beginning of the week with sticking with the budget and only eating the groceries I bought at the store, but then by Wednesday I began to spiral downhill. I ate out Wednesday night, Thursday night had sweets @ school. Friday night ate out lunch & dinner and had too much beer!! Definitely not a good week with food!

Next weeks goals - Continue to work out and push myself harder. Need to focus on sticking with the budget and eat smarter! Track track track.
