Week 15 - Back at It!!



This week was a success!  I did very well with food and worked out 5 days!  I feel great about how I did :-)

A best friend of mine asked if I would be in his wedding so I am super psyched about that.  Plus it gives me extra motivation to get my butt in gear.  I have 15 weeks til the wedding and want to be in great shape for it!  

Co-workers started a 90-day weight loss challenge at work also.  I joined and hope to be able to keep up with the big boys!  

I am excited for all these things to keep me moving and eating better.  I asked for motivation, and by gosh I got it!  Now, lets see what I can do with it!

  • Next weeks goals - Continue to eat better and track food.  Get more creative with my meal choices. Get back on my schedule with working out at 6 am.  This time fits my schedule well and gets me up and moving early.  

Beginning Weight: 172.2

Current Weight: 170.4

Total Weight Loss: 1.8
