This week was not as successful as I had hoped for. There were a few days where my eating was not as healthy as it should have been. I did not work out as many days as I would have liked. But the main goal is to keep pushing and take it one day at a time. If today I didn't do as much as I would have liked, tomorrow is an opportunity to make up for it! Never give up!!!
Today I did yoga for the first time and I LOVED it! I decided that with all the exercise I've been doing that yoga would be a great way to get in the stretching and hopefully help with my balance and flexibility. Today proved I made the right decision. Excited to see where I can go with this new plan.
I joined a new gym this weekend that offers quite a few group classes. I have learned over the years that the way to my successful weight loss and more healthy lifestyle is to take group fitness classes. I strive in this setting because I have the support of the others in the room and also the instructor pushing me to go that extra step each time. Again - I am excited to see where this will take me!
Feeling very blessed and getting stronger and more in my groove with eating better, working out, and starting to feel better about me as a whole :-)

Next weeks goals - Continue to eat better and try new recipes at home. Cooking more at home is good for me and it gets me excited about eating healthier. Work out at least 5 days this week and continue to push harder each workout.
