
Another successful week! I worked out 6 days this week and did good with eating better and tracking my food.
I was challenged yesterday with a friends birthday party that was stocked with alcohol and chocoalate cake balls! I decided the way to defeat the temptations was to eat a healthy meal before I went over to make it easier to walk away from the snacks. I allowed myself 1 cake ball. It was good, but not worth the 100+ calories! I worked out too hard to waste those calories on cake.
I am struggling a little with some pains in my knees and my foot. I get discouraged because I know that I can push myself harder but the pain is holding me back. I know the pain will get less with time, and that I just need to be patient and continue to work harder each day. It's just discouraging.

Next weeks goals - Continue to eat well and track. Work out at least 5 days this week. Start stretching in the morning and before I go to bed. This will help with the pain in my knees and hopefully make the pain in my foot subside.
